We are able to ship our goods to the following European territories only: Austria, Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Germany, Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), and Sweden. These are territories within the EU 1 shipping zone, as defined by our carrier service, PostNL.
Orders are shipped out twice a week. Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are shipped out on Thursdays. Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are shipped out on Mondays. Orders for pick-up are available after 24 hours, only on weekdays. We only accept payments made with Ideal, Visa, or Mastercard.

We cannot guarantee when your package will be delivered. Once we release it to our carrier service, all responsibility of its safe arrival is transferred to them. However, we can predict the following timeframes:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use the number to check on the status of your order via PostNL.
If your order is lost, we can assist you in tracking the package. However, we are not responsible for replacing a package that is lost or stolen once a shipping confirmation has been obtained.
Orders for pick-up at Jan van Galenstraat 147 are usually ready in 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready. You can only pick-up your order between Monday to Friday, from 10:00 – 17:00. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. We will keep your order aside for up to a week.
We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, send us an email and we will do our best to find a solution.
We cannot accept returns of our food goods and teas for reuse or resale, due to risk of contamination, nor can we accept returns of glassware, due to risk of breakage. All sales of these goods are final.
If you wish to return any other good, you may be eligible for a return. You must initiate the process via email within fourteen days of the purchase date.
Returned goods must be unused and undamaged. Any items damaged during the return process will be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received the returned good, your payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Returns are not eligible for store credit.
We carefully inspect all of our goods before packing them up. All food goods and teas should arrive sealed and are deemed unsafe for consumption if the seal is broken. If you find any defect or damage to a good, please send us a photo within 72 hours of how you received it and we will give you a full refund. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within that time period, it is understood that the goods were delivered in the proper condition.
To use this gift card, enter the case-sensitive code at checkout. If there is any monetary value left on a gift card after a purchase, the remaining total is non-refundable. However, the leftover amount can be used for another purchase at a later time, before the expiration date, by using the same code. A gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
